On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

What is covered
The course is built around four questions every leader is asking. What does AI mean for my organisation? Where are the biggest opportunities? How do we implement AI responsibly? What should we do next?
Over two days, participants will work through strategic intent and AI vision, using structured frameworks to identify opportunities to pilot AI programs within their organisation. A specialist panel will provide perspectives and experience on what has worked, what has failed, and what they would do differently. By the end of the course, participants will leave with structured action planning. Pre-course materials, including an AI readiness self-assessment will be provided to ensure participants arrive ready to engage.

This course is designed for executives, senior leaders and managers responsible for strategy, transformation or innovation who need to make informed decisions about AI in their organisation. No technical background is required. This course suits leaders at any stage of AI adoption, from those forming an initial position to those seeking to bring structure and governance to activities already underway.
